How to reach Bergamo

If you are planning to visit Bergamo then you must have the proper information on how you are going to reach Bergamo. You can take the air route or the train route or even the road route.
The Orio al Serio Airport is situated near the Congress center and just 3 kilometers away. You can catch daily flights to and from Bergamo for Amsterdam, Barcelona, Cologne, Bonn, Hamburg, Hannover, London, Luxembourg, Lyon, Munchen, Paris, Prague, Stuttgart, and Zurich.
Milano-Linate Airport is situated 40 kilometers away from the city of Bergamo. From this airport, you have flights to almost all the major European airports. You can get a bus to the airport from the Milano station at an interval of 20 minutes.
 Milano-Malpensa Airport is situated 90 kilometers away from the Bergamo city. This airport has frequent flights to all the major European airports and also some of the major overseas airports. From Malpensa, you can get a bus to Milano or you have the option of taking a train also. If you prefer taxi, you can get it easily.
If you want to travel by train, you can get a train from the Centrale or Lambrate station in Milan. It will take you atleast one hour to reach Bergamo from Milan. Once you reach the last stop of the Malepensa Express, which is Milano Cadorna, you have to use the “Green Line” to reach Milano Centrale or Milano Lambrate. Yo can get all the train times on the Italian Railway website. If you want to travel by road then you have the option of taking the A4 Highway, which connects the City of Bergamo to all the other major Italian Highway Network.
